"Fame" and "Let's Dance" (produced by Chic's Nile Rodgers, but you know that no doubt :-) ) are my two favorite David Bowie songs! I found out-but in a way figured-that he was a major influence on Madonna and Lady Gaga, but Kanye West give him props too for being an inspiration. No Adam Lambert, no Marilyn Manson either without David having the balls to be and present himself as whoever/whatever he wanted to, whenever he wanted to! Learning that his part of his "Young Americans" album (with Luther Vandross on background vocals)was done here in Philadelphia at the famous Sigma Studios on north 12th Street is another source of pride and admiration for him.
