Trump supporters stormed Capital Hill yesterday.
People talking about they couldn't believe what they were seeing in DC yesterday, I believed it. Trump supporters stormed Capital Hill with little or no resistance from law enforcement. So, if you still need confirmation that there's 2 Americas, what happened yesterday should convince you that there's definitely 2 Americas. I can only imagine if those people were black and stormed Capital Hill, there would have been a fucking bloodbath 😡

ReplyDeleteDC's mayor had requested the National Guard in advance because she saw that something like this could happen, but Trump blocked it. As for "defunding the police", it's not about firing police officers and shutting down 911 call centers as Trumpers want folks to believe, it's about having mental health professionals and other ways of dealing with people in crisis instead of always calling police for everything, especially when use of deadly force is the first solution instead of the last resort when dealing with Blacks. SMDH
ReplyDeleteDC mayor requested and received National Guardmen, but she requested they not be armed and to be used for street patrol, then the DC police could do their job. But the chief and mayor weren't ready for Trouble and I do admit Trump did incite it all.
